Nestled in a hollow along the Monocacy River, sits Monocacy Acres. We have been here for 12 years. About 3 years ago, we purchased our first Fullblood Lowline calves. We are slowly building up our seedstock with purebred and fullblood lowlines. Situated on 12 serene acres, enjoying life with these wonderful cattle. The future of beef could be changed with Lowlines! We need to get more small farms going on the east coast to specialize in lowline, and get commercial beef operations to use fullblood bulls. Fullblood bulls can actually help with calving ease, (smaller calves)and thats a good thing for any first year heifers.
